DBSA Mendocino is a local affiliate of the National Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. The mission statement of DBSA National is "to improve the lives of people living with mood disorders".

Our support groups provide individuals with an opportunity to share experiences as a means of learning from each other. Groups are based on mutual trust, confidentiality and kindness.
